ALONE IN A CROWD

In a crowd, you hide from me
You could be the stranger next to me
Should I scream to get your attention
Or just say a calm hello
To whatever pretty face that passes my way

Alone in crowd
I look for you
What will this looking prove
If I never find you

Should I fall to my knees and weep
As the crowd looks on
No one to ask what's wrong

Alone in a crowd
With so many tears I hide
Wondering why
With so many people around
It is only you I can't find

Alone in a crowd
Where do I look now
